Romans 9:19-33 "God's Mercy and Wrath"

Paul closes Romans 9 which focuses on Israel's past election expanding on the theme of God's mercy and wrath, and how God has used even the unfaithfulness of Israel to further His redemptive program in bringing salvation to the world.
